Watering

Anthuriums

Anthuriums thrive in highly humid environment. Keep soil moist but not soggy. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry.

Maintain a high level of humidity around the plant by misting the leaves regularly or placing the plant on a tray filled with pebbles and water.

During the growing season (spring and summer), Anthuriums will benefit from occasional misting to increase humidity.

In winter, reduce watering frequency to twice or thrice a week.

Orchids

Maintain moderate to high humidity levels around orchids, ideally between 50-70%. You can increase humidity by placing a tray of water with pebbles beneath the orchid pot or using a humidifier.

Water when the growing medium is nearly dry. Orchids typically prefer to dry out between watering.

During the winter months, orchids benefit from slightly cooler temperatures and reduced watering frequency to simulate their natural dormancy period.

In spring and summer, when orchids are actively growing, provide adequate humidity and ensure proper ventilation to support healthy growth.

Succulents

Allow soil to dry out between watering. Water sparingly, especially in winter.

Monitor the plants for signs of rot, including mushy stems or discolored, soft leaves. Avoid overwatering and ensure proper airflow to prevent fungal diseases.
