The product photographs are indicative in nature. While we will do our best to match the picture, the size of the moss ball may vary in shape and size as it is handmade each time. Similarly, the plants may vary in its size and texture depending upon the available stock. Hence, the Kokedama will be similar to the picture, but not identical. 

  • Planting environment: The plants prefer being grown indoors as ornamental plants.
  • Sunlight: Anthuriums love to sit under natural bright but indirect light.
  • Watering/Soaking: Soak the kokedama once weekly in summer and less frequently in winter. The roots of the anthurium are susceptible to rot.
  • Misting: Mist the plant twice a week to keep the soil moist but be careful to prevent the soil from being soggy. Do not use hard water, as it may leave stains on the leaves.
  • Soaking Method: Soak 3/4th of the moss ball in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. Place the kokedama inside the tub/bowl and then pour the water from sides. Ensure you hold the kokedama so that it does not float. After 3-5 minutes, take the kokedama out, squeeze a little, and place it out for the extra water to drip. Once you feel no more water dripping, place it back to its original place.
  • Fertilisation: Feed the red lady plant once in two months with liquid fertiliser. Over fertilising can damage the plants.
  • Temperature: Keep the plant away from ACs or heating vents. Temperatures must not be over 90 degrees or below 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All orders are shipped out of our warehouse in less than five business days. The majority of orders are delivered to your address within 4 - 7 business working days following the order date. Saturday and Sunday don’t count toward the transit time.

Public holidays and festive seasons are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.

Can you return the products? No.

As a policy, Sasii does not offer returns or exchanges on products. If an incorrect product has been delivered(i.e., product does not match the item in the order confirmation) or if the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will be able to provide a replacement for the same. However, if the replacement offer is refused by the client, we will only be able to give store credit redeemable within a year.

For all orders which come return due to any of the following reasons:

Wrong address mentioned, wrong order placed, wrong Pin Code mentioned or wrong phone number registered while placing the order - the client will have to bear the subsequent transport charges.
